An Industrial Visit by Jaihind Polytechnic College at I-Medita Cisco Trainings Labs

Industrial Visit has its own importance in the career of a student who is pursuing his studies. I-Medita Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd. is a Cisco Networking training institute known for providing trainings in the field of Cisco Networking, its combo courses and Job Guarantee Programs. We as a training institute feel proud in imparting knowledge about networking to all the students.
On the January 27, 2017 Jaihind Polytechnic College, Kuran fraternized with I-Medita Training Institute for organizing an Industrial Visit. There were around 46 students and for handling and guiding each of them properly we had our Cisco Certified trainer Mr. Sugandh Kansal.
The day started with exhilaration in the midst of the students. They came all geared up at I-Medita Training Institute to know all about Networking.
The IV started with the introduction of networking, as in what it is all about and the importance. Also, its future scope and career opportunities were discussed. Then all the topics were cleared and given a brief about.
- Area Networks ( LAN, MAN, WAN, PAN)
- CSMA/CD technology and topologies.
- OSI Ref Model and TCP/IP Ref Model.
- Fast Ethernet and installation of physical components for Wi-Fi.
- Networking, coding of devices, Subnet Masking.
- IPv4 and IPv6 protocols and coding.
Until the time all the theory knowledge is not put into practice the concepts are not fully versed in the minds of students. Therefore lab demonstrations had been the most important session of this Industrial Visit.
After clearing all the concepts and lab session there is one doubt clearing session where students came up with different points and queries and our trainers solve them with great pleasure.
Students were given some snacks at the end thus ended the IV on a happy note.
