Industrial Visit at Pune’s Biggest Cisco Training lab by VIIT, Baramati Students

An opportunity exists in every field but being ready for one is a must and I-Medita as a Training Institute trains students in the field of Cisco Networking and works out for them so that no opportunity goes missing for them. I-Medita is known for providing Industrial Visits for students and many students from different parts of India come to visit I-Medita.
On January 25, 2017, VIIT College, Baramati teamed up with I-Medita to organize an Industrial Visit for the students.
The day started off well as every student came out pretty curious to know more about networking and even witnessed Maharashtra’s largest Cisco Networking Lab. They were trained and conversed with Sr. Trainer Mr. Sugandh Kansal.
The Industrial Visit started with an introduction to networking, what is it all about and its importance. The future of networking, its impact on other field and its career scope were also being discussed. Then all the topics were cleared and given a brief about.
- Area Networks ( LAN, MAN, WAN, PAN)
- CSMA/CD technology and topologies.
- OSI Ref Model and TCP/IP Ref Model.
- Fast Ethernet and installation of physical components for Wi-Fi.
- Networking, coding of devices, Subnet Masking.
- IPv4 and IPv6 protocols and coding.
Later, our Cisco Certified CCIE Trainer Mr. Surendra Singh showed them the practical use all the theory that has been shared with them before in the Cisco Training Labs followed by a doubt clearing session where students came up with interesting queries which were answered in detail by our Cisco-certified trainer.
At the end snacks were distributed among the students and thus ended the IV on a happy note, adding another success story to our diary of many.
