I received an email from "[email protected]". Is it an official email Id?

Yes, [email protected] is our official email address, sometimes our domain address @imedita.com is not allowed by various companies' firewalls to receive email, if you have received an email from [email protected], please consider that as an official email.

In which language are the training courses held?

Training classes are held in the English language for all international candidates and for Indian candidates classes are held in combined English and Hindi language.

What is the maximum number of participants in the training classes?

All our training classes are limited to a maximum of 20 students. We guarantee personal attention to every candidate and sufficient time is provided to students to learn technology effectively.

How do I register for training?

Both online and offline options are available to register for any training programs. To receive detailed information on how to register, you can reach our customer service team at +91-8750004411.

How can I cancel a training course?

To cancel a training course in which you have registered, you are required to send us an email at info[at]imedita.com . Our customer service team will respond to your cancellation request within 2 business days.

Will training documents and study material be provided?

Yes, authorized training material and resources will be provided to you during the training program. In most of the course study material and resources are already included in your training fees.

Pricing and Payment

How much does training course cost?

Is the registration deposited part of the total fee?

Yes, registration fees deposited towards any course is part of total training fees. Registration fee is charged to book your schedule. An example is shared for a better explanation: Course Fees: INR 10,000. Registration Paid: INR 2,000, Remaining Fees: INR 8,000

Does training fees include taxes?

Yes, the training fee is inclusive of taxes.

What all payment modes you accept?

We accept payment via Cash, Direct Bank Transfer, Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Western Union, Payment Wallets, UPI, Cheque, Demand Draft and EMIs.

Stay and Food

How far the hostels are from I-Medita Training Center?

We have tied up with many hotels for trainee’s accommodation. Hotels are available within 4 miles radius from Training Center.

Do I Have To Book The Hotel At The Training Location Myself?

You have this option. You can book the hotel by yourself as well. Our team can also book a hotel on your behalf.

What kind of Food is available near I-Medita?

Chinese, Indian, Italian Food can be availed effortlessly near I-Medita. There are many restaurants where you can get such food.

Do you have combined training and stay packages?

Yes, combo packages are available are available for international students which includes training+ accommodation+ food+ pick and drop + certification examination. We request you to reach our customer service team at [email protected] for detailed information.

Which is the nearest international airport?

What type of Visa should I apply for training?

You can apply for Student Visa, Tourist Visa, Entry (X) Visa. In most of the cases, our students attend training on the tourist visa.

Do you provide pickup from Airport?

Yes, pickup is provided from the airport. Pickup is available 24*7. Even if your flight reaches late at night, pickup won't be a problem.

Can I join training on tourist visa?

Yes, you can attend training on the tourist visa.

Can I get a SIM Card for my phone in India?

Yes, tourists, SIM card is available in India for foreigners. SIM Card will be valid for 3 months or Visa expiry date whichever is earlier.

Can I upgrade to other courses and extend my stay duration?

Yes, you can upgrade to any of the courses. Although it also depends on your visa expiry date as well.
