Payment, Late Fees & Refund Policies

By enrolling in I-Medita Learning Solutions, you agree to comply with our payment, late fees, and refund policies outlined below:

Payment Policies:

Receipt of Fee: Upon payment, students will receive an original receipt immediately. If, for any reason, the management refuses to provide a receipt, the student has the right to withhold payment or escalate the matter to higher management.

Late Fees: A late fee of Rs. 100 per day will be charged for delayed payment of fees or installments.

Non-Refundable Components: The Registration Fee and Service Tax/GST component of the fee are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Expulsion and Attendance Policies:

Student Discipline: Students are expected to work hard and maintain discipline. Failure to do so, as determined by the teacher/trainer, may result in expulsion. In such cases, no fee or part of the fee will be refunded.

Continuous Absence: If a student is absent for more than 10 days without prior written notice, they may be deemed expelled from the Institute. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.

Refund Policies for Standard Training Courses:

  • If a student cancels enrollment seven days before the scheduled start date, they are entitled to a full refund (after deducting the registration fee and taxes).
  • Cancellation 1-6 days before the course commencement date results in a 50% refund of the fee (after deduction of taxes).
  • Once the course is started, and learning material, lab access is given to the candidate, no refund of the fee is applicable.
  • If learning material and kit have been dispatched to the candidate, no refund of the fee is applicable.
  • Refunds are applicable only if the student notifies dissatisfaction within 1-6 days of training commencement.

Refund for 100% Job Guaranteed Training:

  • Refund within 30 days of course commencement: 50% fees refunded after deducting the registration fee and taxes.
  • Refund within 60 days of course commencement: 25% fees refunded after deducting the registration fee and taxes.
  • Refund within 90 days of course commencement: 15% fees refunded after deducting the registration fee and taxes.
  • No refund requests entertained after 90 days of course commencement.
  • No refund if 50% of the course has commenced or full access for learning material, kit, and lab access is given.

Refund for Video Courses/Self-Paced Courses:

  • In case of video course (self-paced courses) purchase, there are no refunds.

General Refund Procedures:

Commencement Date: The date of commencement of the batch will be considered for refund purposes.

Refund Request Process: Students must submit their original fees receipt along with the refund application.

Mode of Refund: All refunds will be processed by cheque only. Cheques will be issued in the name of the student or parents upon written request and approval. Cheques will be issued 30 days after receiving the request.
